Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, part of LSL Property Services plc, seeks an Area Compliance / Supervision Manager to cover the North West on a field-based, home-working basis. You will supervise a team of Advisors and ensure regulatory compliance across the network of 3000+ advisors.

The role requires supervisory experience in mortgage compliance, a full UK driving licence, and CeMAP (or equivalent); Equity Release qualification is a plus. Salary £38,000–£42,000 with car allowance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within the Mortgage Industry required.
• CeMAP or equivalent required; Equity Release qualification preferred.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with in-house and regulators' procedures for appointed representatives.
• Ensure standards followed by authorised appointed representatives.
• Instruct, coach and monitor individuals; produce development plans and reports.
• Identify areas for advisor improvements and assess risk ratings.
• Conduct assessments and audits within the regulatory regime.
• Communicate actions with deadlines; monitor progress.
• Facilitate training with the PRIMIS training team.
