Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a Regional Compliance Manager who will work from home, covering the North West region, with a salary of £36,000–£38,000 plus car allowance. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, monitoring, and ensuring good customer outcomes for Appointed Representatives.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in financial services compliance, a UK driving licence, and be able to work under pressure, delivering timely monitoring and reporting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Sound background in compliance monitoring, risk management and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of systems of control and ability to follow clearly defined procedures.
• Experience under pressure, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Primary point of contact for Appointed Representatives in an allocated region.
• Manage a risk-based monitoring programme to ensure compliance with network standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the delivery of 'Treating Customers Fairly' outcomes and good customer outcomes.
