Job summary

At Atlassian, we are seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for our Emerging Markets Team, with a main focus on Africa, who must be located in the UK, Germany or the Netherlands. You will be a product expert in the sales cycle, solving customers' hardest business problems with Atlassian solutions and helping close enterprise deals.

You'll partner with account teams to map Atlassian products to customer needs, deliver value-based demonstrations, and guide both business and technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across multi-level audiences.
• Able to translate complex business problems into clear Atlassian solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams and channel partners to understand customer needs and map Atlassian products to business outcomes
• Identify cross-product opportunities and expand solution footprints
• Investigate and document client pain points in the sales cycle
• Serve as a product expert in pre-sales, articulating value and usage of Atlassian software
• Demonstrate Atlassian solutions with compelling value-based stories
• Lead technical discussions to gain buy-in from customers
• Collaborate with sales counterparts and provide feedback to product management
• Continuously learn Atlassian products and sales processes and share knowledge
