Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for our Emerging Markets Team. The role supports Africa-focused opportunities while requiring placement in the UK, Germany, or the Netherlands.

You will be a product expert in the sales cycle, solving customers' hardest problems with Atlassian solutions and helping close enterprise deals. You will partner with account teams, conduct value-based demonstrations, and guide customers through technical requirements in the pre-sales process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise pre-sales experience interacting with customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for multi-level audiences.
• Able to translate business problems into Atlassian solutions and demonstrate value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams and partners to understand customer needs.
• Lead value-based demonstrations of Atlassian products.
• Articulate how Atlassian solutions solve customer problems in pre-sales cycles.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive opportunities and close enterprise deals.
• Document customer feedback and competitive intelligence for product teams.
• Continuously learn Atlassian products and pre-sales processes.
