Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd in Nottingham is seeking an HR Central Services Supervisor (HR Administration Supervisor) to lead the HR Administration team. You will ensure high‑quality customer service, drive process improvements, and adapt HR systems usage.
The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £35,000 and options to work remotely up to four days per week. Key responsibilities include overseeing SOPs, GDPR compliance, and accurate HR records management, plus timely reporting of HR KPIs to
Competenze
- Level 3 CIPD required, Level 5 CIPD desirable.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of employment law, GDPR, right to work and HR best practice.
Mansioni
- Oversee HR Administration team performance through workload management and SOP adherence.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, secure HR records, and audit readiness.
- Lead timely HR systems setup for new joiners (Zellis and SuccessFactors) and manage PO/invoice queries.
- Produce HR KPI reports for Board and management information.
