Yusen Logistics is hiring an HR Central Services Supervisor for the Annesley site (NG15 0DR). The role supports the HR Administration Manager, driving efficient central HR services and process improvements while ensuring compliance and high service levels.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours), with the option to work remotely up to four days per week. Monday is an office-based day; hours are 09:00–17:00, with GDPR and payroll-related responsibilities implicit in the role.

Competenze

• CIPD qualification at Level 3 is required; Level 5 is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of current employment law and GDPR practices.
• Experience supervising an HR Central team or similar role.

Mansioni

• Oversee HR Administration team performance, workload management and SOP adherence.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and secure HR records in line with policy.
• Manage new joiner processes including right to work checks and audits of onboarding.
• Process purchase orders and resolve supplier invoice queries; report HR KPIs for board packs.
