Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to drive cost planning, estimates and budget control across diverse projects. You will build client relationships, analyse cost drivers and support decision-making with robust commercial data.

The role offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to advance toward chartership, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital tooling.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) with progress towards chartership.
• Experience in cost planning, estimating, benchmarking and commercial management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, able to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office; BIM knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost planning, estimating and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce estimates, budget reviews and commercial assessments across projects and sectors.
• Collect, analyse and interpret cost data to support client and stakeholder decisions.
• Champion development of tools, dashboards and digital solutions to enhance performance.
