Job summary

AtkinsRéalis PPS Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost planning, estimating and budget management across diverse projects. You will collect and analyse cost data, prepare benchmarking and cost assurance outputs, and provide commercial advice to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams while driving innovation in tools and dashboards. The position offers flexible, remote-friendly working arrangements within a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; progress towards chartership (RICS or equivalent).
• Experience in cost planning, estimating, benchmarking and commercial management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Knowledge of measurement methods and cost management principles.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office; BIM/digital measurement knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost planning, estimating and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce estimates, budget reviews and commercial assessments across projects.
• Collect, analyse and interpret cost data to support decision-making.
• Prepare benchmarking, value management and cost assurance outputs.
• Ensure accurate forecasts and reports are maintained throughout delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams; drive innovation.
