Job summary

AtkinsRéalis, a world‑class engineering services and nuclear organization, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join its Transportation Project Delivery Practice in the UK. You will manage project costs, oversee procurement, and contribute to the financial reporting and risk analysis across schemes.

Qualifications

• Track record of successful delivery in engineering/construction projects.
• Experience with NEC contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including reports and contractual correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Cost management: monitor and control project costs within budget and validate contractor costs and payments.
• Prepare and present financial performance and risk updates to the client and senior team.
• Support procurement activities and evaluate/appoint contractors as needed.
• Administer various contract types and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to maintain accurate project records.
