Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost planning, estimation and commercial control across a portfolio of infrastructure projects in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and contractors, contributing to value for money and delivery certainty.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern from our Tunbridge Wells office, with opportunities to lead smaller commissions and develop through our structured training programme and sector

Qualifications

• Cost planning and estimation across the lifecycle of projects.
• Data analysis and defining client needs with stakeholders.
• Produce reports that promote value for money and identify cost drivers.
• Champion innovation and work with cross-functional teams on improvements.
• Support/lead tool development that integrates data and dashboards for unit cost analyses.
• Administer contracts to ensure commercial control and compliance.
• Manage contract change collaboratively and effectively for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning and lifecycle costing for projects.
• Collect data, analyse requirements, and define client needs.
• Produce benchmarking reports that promote value for money.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Support tool development integrating data dashboards and outputs.
