Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks a Quantity Surveyor to deliver contract administration and cost control across varied projects. You will work within a collaborative team, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and attend sites for valuations.

We value professional development and provide training as part of our hybrid working environment. A relevant degree and NEC4 experience are preferred to support project delivery and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent by experience.
• Ability to present well with good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Knowledge of standard methods of measurement.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration of NEC4 contracts (Varying Main Options).
• Budgeting/ forecasting/ risk management/ cost reporting/ payment processing.
• Complying/ responding with contractual timescales on behalf of the client.
• Working within a team delivering cost planning and cost reporting in line with the project programme.
• Liaising with key clients, their stakeholders; attending site and interim valuations where required.
• Assistance assessing final accounts.
• To be a good ambassador for your profession.
