Qualifications

• Experience of fixing production printers and digital presses such as Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Sharp, Canon.
• Strong electronic and mechanical background.
• Ability to network devices and set up scanning functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment and production printers.
• Carry out fault diagnosis and establish effective repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Inform customers about work carried out and machine performance.
