Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd seeks a Presales Solutions Consultant to help enterprise clients navigate software modernization, digital transformation and AI-driven development initiatives. This role sits between sales and delivery, translating customer challenges into tailored technical solutions.

You'll lead technical discovery conversations, shape solution recommendations and build proposals that withstand technical scrutiny, while supporting pitches, demonstrations and workshops

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Presales, Solution Consulting, or similar customer-facing tech roles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering requirements and shaping technical solutions.
• Ability to discuss architecture, cloud tech, software development with senior stakeholders.
• Experience creating proposals, statements of work, or solution documentation.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a high-trust, consultative environment.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery sessions with prospective customers.
• Capture business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and software engineering teams.
• Build and present tailored solution proposals.
• Support client pitches, demonstrations and workshops.
• Translate complex technical concepts into commercial value.
• Explain software modernisation, architecture and AI-driven development approaches.
• Defend and present proposals to technical and commercial audiences.
