Job summary

Metrica Recruitment is partner to organisations aiming to scale AI at an enterprise level. We seek a senior consultant to define and deliver AI-enabled transformation strategies across strategy, architecture and execution, embedding generative and agentic AI into core business processes.

You will shape operating models, roadmaps, and data/AI architecture while contributing to propositions and growth across the AI Strategy practice. Hybrid working and senior stakeholder exposure are key benefits.

Qualifications

10+ years of data, AI, cloud or technology consulting experience.
Strong understanding of AI, generative AI and data platforms.
Experience shaping enterprise architecture or transformation roadmaps.
Proven stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy engagements from discovery through to execution
Design enterprise AI operating models and transformation roadmaps
Shape generative AI and agentic AI use cases across industries
Define data, cloud and AI architecture direction aligned to business value
Develop proof of concepts and support scalable AI adoption strategies
Advise senior stakeholders on AI value, risk, governance and delivery

Your Role

You will define and deliver AI-enabled transformation strategies that reshape how organisations operate, compete and create value. You’ll work across strategy, architecture and execution, bridging the gap between high-level vision and real-world implementation. This includes designing AI operating models, shaping enterprise data and AI roadmaps, and embedding generative AI and agentic workflows into core business processes. You’ll also play a key role in developing propositions, contributing to thought leadership and supporting the growth of the AI Strategy practice.
