Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking an experienced coach to mentor learners from level 4 through Degree level 6 across smaller organisations and corporate environments. You will link classroom learning with online modules, provide detailed feedback, and help learners achieve their apprenticeship goals.

Role involves remote 1-2-1 coaching and cohort-wide online delivery, with collaboration from Learning Specialists and QA policy adherence. Candidates should have strong planning and communication skills.

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience delivering remote learning and coaching to learners.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor an agreed caseload of learners from level 4 to Degree level 6 in various environments.
• Provide feedback on learning activities and ensure 20% off-the-job obligations.
• Engage with employers and learners to monitor progress and plan progression.
• Deliver remote 1-2-1 coaching and cohort-wide online coaching using VLE tools.
• Collaborate with Learning Specialists to ensure timely apprenticeship outcomes.
