Job summary

QA Limited is seeking a Digital Learning Consultant to provide coaching and mentoring to learners working towards their apprenticeship programmes. This home-based UK role requires you to coach a caseload, link classroom and online learning, and work with internal teams to ensure timely progression.

You will deliver impactful 1-2-1 coaching remotely, review learner evidence, adhere to quality assurance procedures, and support learners to apply their skills in real job roles, using our VLE

Qualifications

• Strong written skills for data recording/management.
• Ability to motivate learners and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience providing feedback to learners on Business Analyst concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of excellent learning experiences through coaching and online learning links.
• Deliver 1-2-1 coaching remotely, reviewing learner evidence and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate reports and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Manage learner progress with employers and plan progression paths.
• Support learners to navigate and use the VLE effectively.
