Job summary
Apprentify Group is seeking an experienced QA professional to own sampling, feedback and coach development across digital, data, AI, cyber and tech apprenticeship programmes. You will observe Development Coaches, run Mock EPAs and interview apprentices and employers to drive practical improvements.
The role is remote-first with occasional travel, reporting to the Quality Manager within a growing portfolio. You will own the sampling plan and uphold high standards as the organization scales.
Qualifications
- IQA experience within apprenticeship standards is essential.
- Experience delivering and assessing apprenticeship standards.
- Experience observing teaching, learning and assessment.
- Knowledge of Ofsted and the Education Inspection Framework.
- Ability to give direct, developmental feedback while maintaining trust.
Responsibilities
- Sample apprenticeships in Bud Systems and observe Development Coaches.
- Turn observations into actionable feedback that changes practice.
- Run Mock End-Point Assessments and interview apprentices and employers.
- Keep the sampling plan on track across a live portfolio of standards.
- Collaborate with Curriculum and Operations to maintain quality.
