Job summary

QA seeks a Project Management Apprenticeship Coach to support and mentor learners from level 4 to Degree level 6 using remote delivery. You will liaise with Digital Learning Advisors and Quality Assurance Consultants to ensure timely progression and high-quality outcomes.

Work involves coaching across varied organisations, providing detailed feedback, and enabling learners to maximise the benefits of the VLE. QA supports wellbeing, development days, and ongoing training for staff.

Qualifications

• Proven industry experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to translate practical delivery into effective apprentice coaching and support.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse groups.
• Hands‑on experience developing and controlling project scope, schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support an agreed caseload of learners from level 4 to Degree level 6 in small organisations and corporate environments.
• Provide clear, detailed written feedback on learning activities and goal completion.
• Engage with employer and learner to update progress and plan progression.
• Hold regular remote review meetings and monitor learner progress.
• Provide timely documentation and reports in line with KPIs.
