QA is seeking a Business Analyst Apprenticeship Coach to support learners remotely across the UK. You will coach and mentor a caseload, linking classroom learning with online delivery to guide learners through their apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Strong written skills and ability to provide detailed feedback on learning activities.
• Ability to motivate learners and work to strict deadlines.
• Experience coaching or mentoring in an apprenticeship or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support an agreed caseload of learners in diverse organisations.
• Link classroom learning with online delivery via digital learning advisors and specialists.
• Ensure learners achieve their apprenticeship programme on time and provide progress updates.
• Provide clear written feedback and monitor 20% off-the-job evidence compliant with policy.
• Engage with employers and learners to plan progression and address complex questions.
• Support learners to navigate and use the VLE effectively to enhance learning.
