Job summary

Jet Aire is seeking a Planner to drive the delivery of planned and reactive work, coordinating resources and ensuring high levels of service. The role includes on-call duties on a rota basis, with on-call work remote and no in-office presence.

You will screen orders, schedule tasks, and maintain clear communication with customers and operational teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced planning environment desirable.
• Background in operations, utilities or logistics is an advantage.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Energetic, solutions-focused attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Adaptable and responsive, able to handle competing demands.
• Transparent and proactive in progress updates.
• Engages effectively with different stakeholders and tailors communication style accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate reactive, planned, and ad-hoc work streams to maximise resource utilisation and maintain smooth delivery.
• Screen and validate incoming work orders, ensuring information accuracy before allocation.
• Review and manage outstanding work orders to meet SLAs.
• Communicate with customers to arrange access and confirm attendance.
• Respond promptly to daily queries and maintain organised inboxes.
• Maintain accurate records by logging all customer interactions.
• Process out-of-hours customer payments through the online portal.
