Job summary

JLA Limited in Ripponden is seeking a Planning Coordinator to join our Planning & Dispatch team. You will help ensure customer appointments are attended as requested and that engineers' shifts are scheduled to maximise productivity.

You will collaborate with service delivery teams and the field to ensure work is completed and invoiced on time, including catering work with our subcontractors. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with good organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of national geography is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise workload based on contract, location and skill.
• Capacity management to keep engineers and contractors productive.
• Make outbound calls to plan servicing with customers.
• Manage daily compliance order book to meet weekly budgets.
• Manage contractual servicing to meet SLAs while keeping customers safe.
• Maintain planning through communication with Dispatcher/Planning TL/Expert and ROMs.
• Liaise daily with customers to provide efficient, professional solutions.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and timekeeping.
