Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead TUPE and people decisions with stakeholders.
• Design strategies for new business and contract retention.
• Analyze and interpret employee terms during HR due diligence.

Skills

Chartered membership of the CIPD or significant demonstrable experience

Experience of delivering end to end TUPE processes

Credible HR people processes and change management experience

The ability to influence and consult with a wide range of stakeholders
