Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a high-impact Partnerships Leader to shape and execute the EMEA partner strategy in alignment with growth objectives. You will recruit and grow strategic alliances across consultancies, PE firms, managing agents and service providers, building joint plans and executive relationships to drive partner-led revenue.

You will own the partner pipeline, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and ensure accurate Salesforce forecasting using MEDDPICC.

Qualifications

• Proven success in partner management and channel sales.
• Experience in commercial real estate, property consultancy, or investment organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an EMEA partner strategy aligned with MRI's growth objectives.
• Identify, recruit and grow strategic partnerships across consultancies, private equity firms, managing agents and property service providers.
• Establish joint business plans, target accounts, revenue objectives and executive-level relationships.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings targets.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting and apply MEDDPICC qualification principles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Professional Services teams.
