Job summary

Prophix is seeking a senior partner development professional to expand Managed Services across EMEA from its Paddington hub, building and scaling partner ecosystems with Big 4 and advisory firms. The role involves leading multi-firm relationships, driving MSP revenue, and collaborating with sales and marketing to deliver scalable programs.

You will travel regularly across EMEA and shape go-to-market initiatives, leveraging AI-assisted tools and FP&A expertise to accelerate revenue and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8+ years in Partner Development, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
• Experience with FP&A software and with partner-led/channel business models.
• Proven track record with large consulting/advisory firms and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong executive relationship management and revenue delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and coordinate Big 4/advisory firm relationships across EMEA.
• Develop executive relationships with Big 4 and advisory firms to drive MSP revenue.
• Identify and engage advisory firms to deliver Managed Services powered by Prophix.
• Own MSP revenue targets and drive pipeline and close deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Legal to scale MSP across EMEA.
• Provide market feedback to influence product and commercial strategy.
