Job summary

Coveo is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to expand strategic alliances across EMEA and accelerate market impact. You will own a portfolio of global and regional SI/GSI partners and create a steady flow of opportunities that convert to pipeline and bookings.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the Alliances team to build joint business plans, run partner reviews and prioritize activities with executive partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Alliances, Partnerships, or Channel Management within a SaaS environment.
• Experience building and managing SI/GSI ecosystems (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Slalom, Capgemini).
• Proven success in developing and executing partner strategies that drive revenue.
• Strong commercial judgement to prioritise opportunities and resources.
• Ability to establish senior relationships while driving opportunity creation and deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the EMEA partner strategy with clear targets for pipeline and bookings.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across strategic partners.
• Create joint business plans with partner leaders defining targets and measures of success.
• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver campaigns tied to target accounts and pipeline.
• Run regular partner reviews and adjust resources when results are inadequate.
