Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 2-month contract with part-time hours (12:00pm–4:00pm) to support a nationwide UK retail technology deployment. The role is remote/UK-based, paying £200.00 per day umbrella.

You will work with deployment teams, coordinating site visits, schedules and project records to keep the rollout on track. Ideal candidates have experience in project coordination, scheduling and administration, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination, scheduling, resource planning, service delivery or administration.
Ability to coordinate site visits and manage schedules in a fast-paced rollout environment.
Strong organization, communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate appointments for Field Support Technicians.
Manage engineer diaries and site visit allocations.
Update and maintain project records within client systems.
Monitor site completion status and ensure accurate reporting.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and amend appointments as required.
Support access arrangements for retail locations and liaise with stakeholders.
Communicate changes to field engineers and project teams; escalate risks as needed.
Help ensure delivery on time and within budget.
