Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator based in Petersfield for a 3-month fixed-term contract starting 1st October, with possible extension. The role is offered on a pro rata basis, circa £37,000 per annum.

You will support project managers across software implementation projects, maintain plans, logs, and status packs, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely delivery. You will liaise with clients and internal teams, assist with onboarding, testing, training and go-live

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with day-to-day coordination across software implementation projects
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and status reporting packs
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks or blockers promptly
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers to support clear communication and timely delivery
• Assist with onboarding, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live preparation activities
• Help manage project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easy to access
• Support change control, issue management, and implementation governance processes
• Contribute to client-facing updates, implementation communications, and stakeholder engagement materials
• Provide flexible administrative and operational support to improve project efficiency and delivery quality
