Job summary

Experis is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support a nationwide retail technology deployment programme across the UK. You will work closely with the deployment team and Field Support Technicians to coordinate site visits, manage schedules, and maintain project records.

You will monitor progress, resolve scheduling challenges, and act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and field-based engineers.

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination, scheduling, resource planning, service delivery, or administration.
Experience using ticketing, scheduling, or project management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate appointments for Field Support Technicians.
Manage engineer diaries and site visit allocations.
Update and maintain project records within client systems.
Monitor site completion status and ensure accurate reporting.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and amend appointments where required.
Support with access arrangements for retail locations.
Liaise with customer stakeholders to secure site access and address project queries.
Communicate changes and updates to field engineers and project teams.
Escalate risks, delays, and potential issues to project management.
Help ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
