Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a busy project team in Milton Keynes. You will work closely with the Project Manager to support delivery, maintain plans, and keep everything on track in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves coordinating activities, tracking deadlines, and assisting with budgets and documentation. This is a temporary, ongoing assignment with standard hours and a 08:30–17:30 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of project plans.
• Manage project schedules and monitor key deadlines.
• Coordinate project activities across the wider team.
• Track budgets and assist with financial administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and highlight any potential issues or delays.
• Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
• Assist with financial and reporting tasks as required.
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed budgets.
