Job summary

TP4 Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support clients across retail estates from a remote, part-time basis. You will log, prioritise and close maintenance jobs, coordinating contractors and engineers to keep stores running smoothly.

In this role you’ll schedule preventive maintenance, maintain records and compliance documents, and report progress to clients and internal teams. Strong organisation and communication are essential, with experience in maintenance a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating reactive and planned maintenance.
• Ability to manage contractors to deadlines and standards.
• Knowledge of job management or CMMS software (Joblogic a bonus).
• Strong organisation and communication with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Technical or vocational training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ideally located around Leeds, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming maintenance requests and assign suitable contractors.
• Schedule planned and preventive maintenance across client estates.
• Keep job records, asset information and compliance documents up to date.
• Follow up with contractors and suppliers until issues are resolved.
• Prepare clear status reports for clients and internal teams.
• Help improve processes and control costs.
