Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the Homes Division, supporting the Asset Lifecycle Strategy across void works, planned and statutory maintenance, capital replacement and compliance. You will own reactive maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring value for money and safety compliance across PAAM properties.

The role is remote, full-time on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a focus on delivering best-in-class service, strong IT proficiency and excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of asset data during the Acquisition phase.
• Ensure contracted service levels meet KPIs and are recorded.
• Assist risk management and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage costs and drive lifecycle strategies.
• Oversee warranties and call-backs; manage planned and reactive works.
• Lead the repairs function to meet KPIs and lifecycle requirements.
• Ensure value for money in all repairs and adherence to safety policies.
