The ideal candidate will lead Workforce Compensation implementations, optimize modules, and ensure integration with HR systems. Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and project leadership is required. This role will drive continuous improvement leveraging AI and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS/HR Technology with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Core HR modules.
• Experience with AI-enabled features and analytics in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and optimise compensation modules, manage annual and quarterly cycles.
• Drive projects, mentor teams, and manage stakeholders across regions.
