Focus Cloud is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead solution architecture and design governance across a major Oracle Cloud HCM optimisation programme in West Yorkshire, UK. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll, with strong knowledge of pensions and HR processes.

You will act as the Oracle HCM Design Authority, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Oracle HCM experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and optimisation programmes.
• Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect.
• Deep functional expertise across Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll; pensions knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM architecture across multiple workstreams.
• Define governance and technical decisions for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Collaborate with Integration, Reporting, Security and Data Migration teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
