Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead design governance across a large HCM optimisation programme covering Benefits, Pensions, Absence and Payroll in the UK. You will provide functional and technical leadership, support multiple delivery squads and act as the design authority for enhancements and business transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Experience across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong cross-functional expertise spanning Benefits, Absence and Payroll.
• Proven ability to lead solution design across workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM solution architecture and design governance.
• Review and shape solutions for Benefits, Pensions, Absence and Payroll changes.
• Provide guidance on configuration, Fast Formula, integrations, reporting and security.
• Support agile delivery squads and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs and Programme Leadership.
• Ensure scalable, supportable and fit-for-standard Oracle solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending Oracle Cloud capabilities and industry-leading HR practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data conversion, security design, and system architecture requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new Oracle Fusion HCM features, quarterly updates, and recruitment innovations to maximize business value.
• Mentor and guide functional consultants across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
