Job summary

Focus Cloud is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Consultant to support delivery and transformation of Oracle Fusion HCM across Absence Management, Core HR and Security. This permanent role is based in West Midlands, UK, with predominantly remote work and strong UK regulatory focus.

You will work closely with business and technical teams on design, configuration, testing and deployment, ensuring configurations meet complex business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and configurations.
• Deep understanding of UK absence legislation and payroll integration.
• Strong functional and testing experience across HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management solutions.
• Configure Absence Fast Formula and related components.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable HCM solutions.
• Resolve complex issues across Absence Management, Core HR and Security.
• Support Payroll runs and absence-related investigations.
• Configure and support Core HR, Security and integrations.
