eTeam Workforce Limited seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Architect to implement and support Absence and Payroll modules for UK public sector clients. You’ll bring expert knowledge of UK payroll processes and Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, guiding projects through the SDLC for reliable delivery.

You’ll lead client engagements, discuss integrations, data migrations and reporting across modules, translating complex technical solutions for diverse audiences while maintaining high system performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for UK Absence and Payroll.
• Proficient in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on Absence, Oracle Time and Labor and Payroll modules for UK clients.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
• Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector.
• Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care
• Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
• Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests
• Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, Absence, and other relevant modules
• Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training
