Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Consultant to support delivery and transformation of Fusion HCM solutions. The role covers Absence Management, Core HR and Security with emphasis on UK regulations and payroll integration.

Based in West Midlands (Mostly remote), you will work with business and technical teams through design, configuration, testing and deployment, ensuring solutions meet complex requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management and related modules.
• Knowledge of UK absence legislation and payroll integration.
• Ability to configure Fast Formula and absence components.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management.
• Configure Absence Types, Plans, Elements and Work Schedule Assignments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams across implementation phases.
• Ensure integration between Absence Management, Core HR and Payroll.
• Engage with stakeholders; produce functional documentation and tests.
