Hamilton Barnes in Leeds is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead solution design and architecture governance across a large-scale Oracle HCM optimisation programme.
The role provides functional and technical leadership across Oracle Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll, supporting multiple delivery teams.
You will drive best-practice implementation, data migration, testing and go-live activities while ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
Competenze
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience and hands-on Cloud deployments.
- Proven architecture design and governance across large programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll processes.
Mansioni
- Lead Oracle HCM solution architecture and technical governance.
- Design and review end-to-end solutions across Benefits, Pensions, Absence and Payroll.
- Provide expertise in Oracle HCM configuration, Fast Formula, integrations, reporting and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners and delivery teams.
- Resolve complex functional and technical challenges across workstreams.
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle Cloud best practices and fit-to-standard principles.
- Support integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
- Assess quarterly releases and enhancements for continuous improvement.
