Job summary

Focus Cloud Limited is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Consultant to deliver and transform Oracle Fusion HCM solutions focused on Absence Management, Core HR and security for UK clients.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with Absence Management modules, Fast Formula configuration, and strong knowledge of UK absence legislation and Payroll integration. You will work with business teams across design, testing and deployment to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Absence Types, Plans, Elements and Work Schedule Assignments.
• Strong understanding of UK absence legislation and payroll integration.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management solutions.
• Configure Absence Fast Formula, Abscence Types, Absence Plans, Absence Elements and Work Schedule Assignments.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
• Resolve complex functional issues across Absence Management, Core HR and Security, including management of Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
• Support the business during Payroll runs, investigating and resolving absence-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams across solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Communicate risks, issues, progress and dependencies effectively to project and client stakeholders.
