Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect in the UK to design and oversee technical implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud for public sector clients. This role requires deep business and technical architecture knowledge, guiding projects through the SDLC and delivering complex solutions with clarity to diverse audiences.

You will lead client engagements, focusing on technical aspects of implementations, including reports, integrations and data migration across Core HR,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with role progression in Oracle HCM
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs
• Lead integrations and data migration efforts for HCM Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for UK clients
• Discuss integrations, data migrations and reporting with stakeholders
• Oversee HDL, HDL-based data mappings and testing activities
• Guide SDLC activities from design to go-live and post-go-live support
• Mentor junior developers and review technical designs
