Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Primary Care IT Technician to deliver ICT services across 35 GP practices and 5 PCN sites. The role involves installing, configuring and maintaining end-user equipment and software, plus remote support and field travel to various ICT locations.

Core hours are 7:30 to 18:00 with a rota; remote and field work are required and travel to NHS sites is expected.

Qualifications

• IT subject qualification or equivalent IT experience.
• Formal ITIL V3 Foundation is preferred.
• Experience with office 365 and patient information systems.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and maintain end user devices and software.
• Support endpoint hardware and software connected to ICT networks.
• Deploy hardware/software to end users locally and remotely.
• Ensure security standards and SOPs are followed.
• Provide cover for IT Tier 1 and collaborate with Tier 3 teams.
