Qualifications

• Experience providing first-line ICT support to users.
• Good understanding of ITIL best practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Log, monitor and escalate incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Maintain incident records and diagnose ICT issues across systems.
• Resolve basic incidents at first point of contact and escalate as needed.
