Job summary
GP Connect PCN in Coventry is recruiting Pharmacy Technicians to support the clinical pharmacy team within the PCN under the DES specification. This role will provide technical support to the Clinical Pharmacists and other pharmacy services within General Practice and the PCN to ensure professional operational standards and excellence in pharmaceutical care and safety are maintained.

Qualifications
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician and CPD evidence.
- Experience in patient-facing pharmacy services and GP settings.
- Knowledge of medicines optimisation and safe prescribing practices.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical pharmacists to optimise medicines use and safety.
- Carry out medicines reconciliation and reviews with patients.
- Provide primary support on prescription queries for GP practices.
- Help implement EPS and safe repeat prescribing systems.
- Lead or participate in clinical governance and quality initiatives.
- Attend supervision, training and service redesign activities.
