Job summary

CluePoints is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design, develop and deploy engaging learning experiences that accelerate the productivity and effectiveness of commercial team members.

The contractor will partner with SMEs across Product, Commercial, HR and Leadership to transform complex content into practical, scalable learning. The initial engagement is 5–6 weeks, with potential extension, and work is remote-first.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of learning experience or instructional-design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS sales or commercial-enablement programs.
• Proven ability to extract, simplify and structure learning content from technical and business SMEs.
• Strong curriculum, learner-journey, storyboard, assessment and performance-support design capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver e-learning development using storyboard to digital learning workflows.
• Design AI-enabled coaching simulations and role-play exercises with SMEs.
• Configure Docebo courses, curricula, assignments, and learner journeys; manage assessments and progress tracking.
• Develop knowledge assessments and competency evaluations to measure learning impact.
• Pilot, iterate, and hand over editable source files and documented guidance at contract completion.
