Job summary

Ethos is a remote-friendly opportunity for a learning and organisational development professional. You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, owning facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.

The role requires 4+ years of corporate training experience and a focus on engaging, high-quality learning materials. This is a flexible, part-time engagement (5–20 hours/week) with immediate start, allowing you to work remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
