Job summary

Ethos is seeking a learning and development professional to design, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in professional workflows. This remote role focuses on onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and assessment rubrics, with ownership of curriculum outlines and engaging learning experiences.

The position requires 4+ years of corporate training design, outstanding written communication, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, tracking sheets, manager enablement decks, and rubrics)
• Create and iterate training materials and learning curricula for professional AI model tasks
• Ensure high-quality documentation and deliverables for paid expert engagements
