You will manage the design lifecycle, oversee content development, and ensure high-quality learning assets. A solid understanding of generative AI and strong management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Experience applying backward design and measurable learning frameworks.
• Experience managing SMEs and instructional design teams.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level Early Talent curriculum for Data & AI.
• Oversee instructional designers across content development.
• Manage timelines, risks, and delivery plans across workstreams.
• Produce launch materials and onboarding documentation.
