Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise audiences.
• Hands-on experience creating instructor-led training content and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning design projects for enterprise programs including AI and emerging tech.
• Create instructor-led materials: slides, labs, case studies, simulations, assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, product managers, and clients to meet learner needs.
