Qualifications

• Experience with Apprenticeship Assessment and EPA.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Knowledge of Ofqual General Condition of Recognition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical product solutions.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple products across lifecycles.
• Data-driven mindset for informed decision making.
• Commercial mindset with ability to spot opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content supporting learners and stakeholders (videos, animation, docs).
• Develop apprenticeship standards and EPA materials per roadmap and budget.
• Maintain and refine existing materials and documentation.
• Risk assess product viability from design to delivery for scalability.
• Apply instructional design principles to learning materials.
• Create artifacts to support learners, providers and employers.
• Use up-to-date authoring tools and AI for online assessment and materials.
• Manage multiple products at different lifecycle stages.
• Ensure compliance with Ofqual Conditions.
