Job summary

Urban Host Co. is seeking a Business Development Associate on a flexible, remote basis in the UK. You will identify, qualify and engage landlords, explain our management proposition and move opportunities toward onboarding. This is a contractor role with a focus on building relationships and sustaining long-term commissions.

You’ll manage your own activity, maintain CRM records and collaborate with the Urban Host team for smooth handovers as landlords convert to managed properties.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective landlords via phone, email, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
• Qualify landlords and properties against Urban Host’s criteria.
• Explain Urban Host’s services and management proposition clearly.
• Conduct discovery conversations and handle objections.
• Progress opportunities toward onboarding and a management agreement.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups and pipeline stages.
• Coordinate handovers to the wider Urban Host team when needed.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of active opportunities.
